Q: What time should I arrive?
A: Registration will open at 5:30 p.m. Our networking cocktail reception will run from 5:30- 6:30 pm

Q: What is the dress code of the event?
A: Business formal is the suggested attire. Attendees are encouraged to have fun! (you are not required to stick to navy and black).
Q: Do I need a physical ticket?
A: No. Your name has been added to the guest list. Once you arrive at the venue you can check in at registration and the team will help you find your table number.
Q: Do we have assigned seating?
A: Each guest is assigned to a table. Your table number will be assigned at check-in. In addition, we will have table assignments listed on signage at the venue.

Q: How do I get to the hotel?
A: Please find directions below based on various methods of transportation. VersaFi will have volunteers placed around the venue to help direct you.
UNDERGROUND (PATH) ENTRANCE
- Enter through the Royal Bank Plaza revolving doors and take the escalators up
- Continue walking west on Avenues level and you will reach a console table
- Turn right at the console table and take the main elevators from Avenues to the Main Mezzanine level by hitting "MM" in the elevator
- Turn left when you exit the elevators on MM Floor and head towards Northwest Territories for Registration.
- Post registration head up to the Convention floor using Escalators for the Reception in the Ontario/Canadian Foyer
MAIN DOOR (Taxi/Uber drop-off)
- Enter through the Front Street entrance
- Take the elevators to the Main Mezzanine level by hitting "MM" in the elevator
- Turn left when you exit the elevators on MM Floor and head towards Northwest Territories for Registration.
- Post registration head up to Convention floor using Escalators for the Reception in Ontario/Canadian Foyer
VALET PARKING - EAST ENTRANCE
- If you Valet Park at the hotel you will enter through the East entrance
- Take the stairs up to the Lobby level
- Walk west towards Clockwork Bar and turn left at the Escalator
- Take escalator to MM floor & turn left & head towards Northwest Territories for Registration
- Post registration head up to Convention floor using Escalators for the Reception in Ontario/Canadian Foyer
