Personal branding is a powerful way to distinguish yourself as a leader, but it is so much more than a brief elevator pitch or what you share on social media. Personal branding can help you align your purpose and strengths with how you show up as a leader everyday and shape the reputation you build for yourself. In this workshop, we will explore steps to articulating your unique value proposition (your brand), increasing your visibility and influence and using self-advocacy strategies to elevate your leadership. No more waiting for that next promotion or opportunity to come your way. You will explore how to drive your career success and fulfillment.
This interactive workshop will equip experienced leaders with a practical, structured approach to influencing stakeholders and gaining decision support for their ideas in complex environments.
