Q: Where is the VersaFi Luminaries event taking place?

Q: What time should I arrive?

A: Registration will open at 5:00 p.m. Our networking cocktail reception will run from 5:00- 6:00 pm.

 

Q: What is the Agenda of the evening?

A: 5:00 – 6:00 pm- Networking & Reception
    6:00 – 9:00 pm – Dinner & Awards

 

Q: What is the dress code of the event?

A: The dress code for this event is Business Cocktail/Chic - think professional tailoring mixed with evening elegance.

 

Q: Do I need a physical ticket?

A: No. Your name has been added to the guest list. Once you arrive at the venue, we ask that you check in at registration and our team will help you find your table number.

 

Q: Do we have assigned seating?

A: Each guest is assigned to a table. Your table number will be assigned at check-in.

Q: What if I have dietary restrictions?

A: Please email our Program Coordinator Jillian Ness Stirling at jillian.stirling@versafi.ca. We ask that all dietary restrictions be communicated to our team by June 11, 2026, so that we can work with the kitchen to properly accomodate any requests.
